Arjun is the Lead Clinician and Co-Founder of LPAW. A Specialised Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from University College London, he has over over 25 years of clinical experience spanning the NHS and private healthcare — including senior roles at BMI The London Independent Hospital, Harley Street Clinic, and the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery at UCLH.
As an Extended Scope Practitioner, Arjun specialises in complex spinal conditions: disc pathologies, sciatica, spondyloarthropathies, structural disorders, and idiopathic postural conditions. He works closely with consultant spinal surgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, rheumatologists, and pain management specialists — and can list patients for lumbar epidural injections and spinal surgery where appropriate.
Arjun founded LPAW with a simple belief: that the highest standard of clinical care shouldn’t require a Harley Street postcode. He leads the clinic’s shockwave therapy (RSWT) service and oversees the Med-X spinal rehabilitation programme.
