Aishwarya is a physiotherapist with a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Sport Science and Health from Loughborough University — one of the UK’s top institutions for sport and exercise science. Her postgraduate training covered orthopaedic sports biomechanics, neuromuscular function, injury risk and recovery, and emerging technologies for health and wellbeing.
She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Parul University and gained clinical experience at Parul Sevashram Hospital across musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical caseloads. She also completed specialist training in hydrotherapy for muscular dystrophy at the Indian Association of Muscular Dystrophy.
At LPAW, Aishwarya combines her academic rigour with hands-on clinical skills — including neural mobilisation, Pilates, and dry and wet cupping therapy.
