Priyanka is a Women’s Health Specialist and Senior MSK Physiotherapist who joined LPAW in 2022. She did her training in Mumbai, India and became a licensed physiotherapist from 2016 before moving to the UK.
She also brings experience as a First Contact Practitioner with Pure Physiotherapy, where she independently managed caseloads across GP surgeries – triaging, assessing, and treating patients as the first point of contact for musculoskeletal complaints.
Priyanka holds an Orthopaedic Manual Therapy certification from Curtin University, Perth, and completed Neuromuscular Dry Needling training in 2019. Her dual experience of NHS and private roles give her an unusually broad clinical perspective — she understands both the GP referral pathway and the demands of specialist private rehabilitation.
More recently, she did her training for internal exams and treatment of female urinary incontinence with POGP (Pelvic, Gynaecological and Obstetric Physiotherapy), the UK professional organisation leading excellence in pelvic health physiotherapy
Priyanka’s strong suit is her ever-caring and empathetic nature and her drive to achieve the best possible outcome for her patients.
At LPAW, Priyanka manages a large caseload of Women’s Health patients, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, building treatment plans that prioritise patient autonomy and long-term self-management.
When she is not busy being a physiotherapist she enjoys travelling, reading books and hosting friends and family.
