Bow - Our Flagship Clinic
Travel Info (Google Maps Link)
By Public Transport
We are a few minutes walk from Bow Church DLR or a 10min walk from Bow Road. We are located immediately next to Bow Bus Garage so there are lots of buses that could drop you off here.
By Car
Parking on Fairfield Rd and Blondin Street is free after 17:30 but it can be challenging to find a space. The app JustPark (residents renting out their driveways) is quite good to find parking spots for as little as £1 per hour, but we recommend booking a few days in advance.
About the clinic
Built in 2015, London Physiotherapy & Wellness was the brainchild of our Consultant Physiotherapist & Co-Founder, Mr Arjun Viswanath MCSP and several prominent Consultant Doctors.
The vision was to build a multi-disciplinary practice with hydrotherapy and med X gym equipment, where our clients can experience the full recovery and rehabilitation following complex injuries or post-surgery.
A question that many of our clients have is how we got our 19 foot hydrotherapy pool in the building.
So we decided to share this in the videos below. It actually had to be lifted into the building with a crane!
Stratford, East Village
(Access via Fortunes Walk)
Open to non-gym group members.
