I have started my pelvic floor exercises and have seen an improvement in less than a month. Priyanka is very professional and attentive, giving me the confidence to continue my recovery. I have improved my sleeping, and my daily routine has improved.

I have just walked 42K and a year ago I could hardly walk up the stairs. Brilliant professional care and support from Mohammed Rahman who provides a bespoke service, integrated with consultants where necessary, and bringing in the wider lpawclinic team when needed. Arjun is fantastic he’s a bit of a specialist really - both my daughter (double spine fusion) and myself have had help from him.  My last two visits have been outstanding. He fixed my left shoulder with one visit and two days before my holiday I woke up with serious neck pain and couldn’t move.  He managed to fit me in as an emergency and I had on spot acupuncture which gave me enough relief to travel the following day.  It’s now day 4 I’m on holiday and have no pain whatsoever. Mohammed Rahman saw me for knee and shoulder problems, I had several sessions in the gym on their specialist machines and used the hydrotherapy pool which has helped greatly with pain, he also sent me home exercises. a very empathetic person.

Mohammed was instrumental in getting me get back to full fitness from a tricky adductor injury, not only with diverse exercises but words of inspiration as we had the session. Mohammed was really great in helping me recover from hip replacement as well as knee pain. We started with hydrotherapy in their state of the art pool, two weeks after surgery, progressing to land-based physio as I got stronger. It was amazing to see my progress after each session, with gentle and expert encouragement from Mohammed. All of the staff I met were very friendly and helpful too. Have seen Jaqueline for several sessions now and she’s a genuine miracle worker. In addressing my issue (lower back pain caused by instability in my core) she has shown great compassion, care, and expertise. I’m on the mend and couldn’t have done it without her. Very highly recommended.
